By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Creating an account on PTCGrid is completely free. There are no registration fees and no hidden charges for joining our platform.
Each person is allowed to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts created to bypass restrictions or suspensions may be permanently removed.
Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
All tasks must be completed honestly and according to the instructions provided. Users must never:
Failure to follow task instructions may result in rejected earnings or account suspension.
Some tasks require the official PTCGrid Chrome Extension. The extension helps verify task completion and user activity for supported tasks. Users must not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or manipulate the verification system.
A task is considered successful only after it meets the required verification process. If task instructions are not followed, fake proof is submitted, required actions are incomplete, or verification fails, the task may be rejected and no reward will be paid.
Users must maintain completed task actions whenever required. For example, users must not:
PTCGrid may verify completed tasks using its verification systems. If a completed task is later reversed, PTCGrid may remove the reward, deduct previously credited earnings, or suspend/permanently ban the account.
PTCGrid maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraud. The following activities are prohibited:
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
To protect users, advertisers, and the platform, PTCGrid may request identity verification or supporting documents at any time when reasonably necessary. Verification may be requested for:
Failure to complete the requested verification may result in temporary restrictions, suspension, or account closure.
Advertisers are responsible for creating clear task instructions, providing accurate information, maintaining sufficient account balance, and following platform rules. Advertisers must not create misleading, illegal, or fraudulent tasks.
If an advertiser disagrees with a completed task or believes there is an issue, they must contact PTCGrid Support. Each case will be reviewed individually using available evidence, task records, and verification data. PTCGrid will make a decision based on the information available.
Users may request a withdrawal after reaching the minimum payout of $1. Currently, WebMoney is the available payment method. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours, although additional review or verification may be required in some cases.
PTCGrid may suspend or permanently terminate an account if a user violates these Terms, uses multiple accounts, uses bots/automation, commits fraud, provides false information, manipulates tasks/rewards, or repeatedly breaks platform rules.
Users who believe their account was suspended incorrectly may submit an appeal through the support system available inside their account. Each appeal will be reviewed individually. PTCGrid reserves the right to make the final decision after reviewing the available evidence. Creating a new account to avoid a suspension is strictly prohibited.
Verified accounts are generally not removed because of inactivity. However, unverified accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be disabled or removed.
All website content, logos, graphics, software, trademarks, and platform features belong to PTCGrid unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
We work to keep PTCGrid available at all times. However, maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unexpected events may temporarily interrupt the service. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
PTCGrid provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTCGrid shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately after they are published on this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
